I'm currently testing Source Control with Unreal Engine. I see one big issue. Every time I move a file to another location, Unreal Engine creates a new file and removes the old one. About the comments on  : there is no metaverse without VR/AR, so they are a requirement.All those games mentioned are inside the monitor:  Only with VR the player is LITERALLY inside the game. That is the "Digital Presence" of the human player inside the game, that is the KEY FEATURE of Virtual Reality, and only there it is the TRUE MEANING of Metaverse.Unreal Engine 5 is amazing how good it looks I loved the presentation. However  you are still trapped inside that PHOTO-Realism, and with PHOTO it means being an animated 2D representation (because you ending up seeing it in a 2D hardware medium as the monitor/tv)So how about being inside there? and having Realism around the human player (not the character in the game) with a true 3D stereoscopic, real scaled and life-size world, as we see the real world? Well... that is again the Metaverse, and only feasible with Virtual Reality. :) - State of Unreal | GDC 2023 | Epic Games

you actually could have shown each of Cap's foot prints dynamically leaving a trail as he walked here. Right now it looks like he's floating above slightly above the bridge snow. Would have showcased the tech you were talking about 1 min ago.BTW Naughty Dog have been doing footprints for how long now??
